7th Grade for this BOY!  Wow, Jr. High.  Kade was excited to get out of elementary and into the BIG LEAGUES!

Mitch is the BIG MAN on Campus.  No, Mitch is really not that much taller than Kade.  Mitch is staining on the stairs.
9th Grade and 7th Grade.  Back in  school together.

SADIE is in the 4th GRADE.  She has Mrs. Senior for her TEACHER and couldn't be more excited.

Sadie was up and at it, ready for the 1st day of school to begin.

NIKE is going to miss all of his buddies while they are at school getting SMART!

A Hiking We Will Go!

Mitch has been wanting to Hike to the top of Timp for a couple of years now.
Well we finally put it on the Calendar and made it happen!

We left at 3:00 in the morning and the hike was Beautiful!

It was so green and the tempature hiking through the night was PERFECT!

Getting closer to the top and the sun has finally come up!

Final Destination! CHECK!  This was so cool to be on top, a little chilly and a lot windy, but we DID IT!
We didn't mind hiking up! The going DOWN part, was not fun.
Our toes, knees and shins were very sore.

Well, I am so grateful Mitchell wanted to do this hike. It was amazing to be with my Teenage BOY and the view and hike couldn't be beat and the pounding on our knees and ankles going down was all worth it!
We live in a BEAUTIFUL place and we are so blessed to call this home!

Mitchell is very determined to train Nike & to have him be the BEST HUNTING DOG out there.
It has been a little more work than Mitchell anticipated, but Mitch is so patient and determined.

Well, this is where we spend most of our SUMMER, at the ball fields, watching Mitch & Kade do their thing.  Kade is 12, he is playing for the BRIGADE, he pitches, catches and plays short.  He loves the game & has had a fantastic year.
