McKade is Officially Double Digits! 10

Happy Birthday McKade~ 10 years old and counting!
Kade is such a wonderful son and we feel so lucky to have him in
our Family!

Kade wanted crepes for his morning breakfast!
Sadie and Kade smiling big for the camera!

Kade is our little shopper!  He wanted a gift card to Scheels, so he could pick out his own Birthday  gift this year!  Easy enough for me, but I think I will be going to
Scheels on a weekly basis now!
Kade also wanted a lunch date with just mom and dad!  Lucky him, dad was in town and even cancelled his work meeting to meet up with us at Kad's favorite place to Eat!  Cafe Rio!
He pounded his pork burrito!!! YUMMY!

After school  Kade had a few of his buddies over and played a 3 on 3 game of basketball and came home for his favorite dinner.  Wings and French Fries!  He has a wonderful group of friends and he is so lucky to have them in his life.

Kade we love you so much and are so proud of the wonderful, young man you are becoming!
Hope you have a GREAT year being 10!!!!
Love, Mom & Dad

MITCHELL'S HURT HOOF!

Mitchell unfortunately, broke the growth plate in his foot over the holiday break and had to have surgery.  Not fun!  He broken the growth plate and tore the tendon in his big toe!  OUCH!  We were at Jump On It!  We thought he just had hurt it really bad or sprained his toe. After a week of the pain not going away and the toe not getting any better we decided he needed to see a doctor.
Well, worst case scenario:
BROKEN GROWTH PLATE AND TORN TENDAN!
He was very frustrated,
BASKETBALL SEASON WAS OUT!!!!
He went in for surgery a week later.  All went well. He had to be on crutches for a week, it was not fun.  Snow and Crutches do not mix well.  Luckly, he now is in a walking boot, which he likes a lot better than crutches.  He will be in the walking boot for 4 weeks, and hopefully we can get him back to his happy and healthy self real soon!
As you can tell from the picture above he is going a little stir crazy!  He is not one to sit and relax and enjoy himself.  He is all boy and needs to be wrestling, running, moving
and goofing around outside!

WARNING!!!!! THE PICTURE BELOW MAY GROSS YOU OUT!!!!!!

This is a picture of Mitchell's toe the week after his surgery!  We are grateful for the doctors who have the knowledge to help get Mitchells foot back in working order!!! We love you buddy!
Get feeling well SOOOOOOON!

~ GRANDMA GREATS 90th BIRTHDAY!

My cute grandma, ANNE WILLIAMS turned 90 years old on Christmas Eve.  It was so busy and crazy during the holidays, we decided to have her 90th Birthday Party this past week.
She is a wonderful woman.  She does not look a day over 70. She certainly does not act like it either . She still goes out and helps on the mink ranch, she takes care of her her own lawn yard and she goes golfing on a weekly basis.
We are so grateful for her good work ethics she has instilled in all of us and grateful for her wonderful example in our lives.
Here she  is lounging on my Chase lounge chair.
She does not act like she is 90 either.

Mitchell and Grandma Great hanging out on the chair!
Sadie getting some good loves from her Grandma Great~
I am so grateful for my grandma in my life and grateful for her endless support and love throughout my life.  I just hope to look as good as she does when I hit 90!

HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA GREAT!  WE LOVE YOU!
