Sadie's 1st Soccer Game!

Sadie started SOCCER!  She was soooo excited to finally have a sport to play of her own.  She has always been a good sport and has watched many, many sports that her brothers play.  So finally having a sport where she was the one playing instead of watching was super exciting for her.

She plays on a soccer team of all girls.  Their team name is the Orange Fireballs!

She was super excited to take pictures with her new ball and the whole soccer outfit!  She looked like a pro from head to toe!

Sadie was super fast and aggressive and she even scored a goal for her team!  It was fun to watch her and she was all smiles when the game was over and was already wondering when her next game was.

We are so glad she has found a sport that she loves and that the brothers have to come and watch her for a change.  Go get another Goal Sadie, we love you!

Park City Getaway!

We went and spent a week up in Park City at the Marriott Mountain Side.

We had a fabulous time and did a lot of relaxing, laughing and eating some YUMMY FOOD!

Kade and Sadie particpated in the Summer Olympics up in Park City!  They had a fabulous time and placed gold!

We are should I say, They swam from sun up until sun down and we even did a few night swims.  The kids could not get enough of the swimming, it was a great activity with all the HOT weather we have been having.

Mitchell and Kade of course had to fit a little baseball into their vacation.  Its only been 2 weeks and they are both already missing the game of baseball.

We spent the entire day at the Alpine Slide and the Sky Coaster.  It was such a fun day and we loved every minute of it.

They made it look easy, so mom had to give it a try also.  She was not so shabby herself!

 We had a wonderful vacation.  We love being together as a family and we had a fun and relaxing time together once again.

Mitchell's Regional 2012 Tournament

Mitchell's All Star team made it to the Championship game and ended up taking 2nd place. Both teams fought hard and the Team from California came out on top. Mitchell had a great baseball season and we had so much fun supporting him and watching him improve throughout the season. Mitchell also won a different award, we were very proud of him. He won the Golden Arm trophy out of 14 different players from different states, He had to stand in center field and throw the ball in a bulls eye on home plate. He was the only one to hit the bulls eye! It was awesome and he was all smiles.

We are grateful for Mitchell and his athletic talents. We are so grateful for him in our family!
We love Baseball, but we are heading onto the next love of his life, FOOTBALL!

ALL STARS 2012

Mitchell and Kade were picked up to play on the Alpine, Highland All Star team. We have been supporting them a long the way and have watched a lot of baseball the last few weeks. Kade's team made it to state but unfortunatly fell short of winning the title of State champs for 2012. Kade had a fun season and did very well. Mitchell's team played hard, they ended up loosing and had to fight hard for the State champion title. They had to win Tooele twice in a row and they ended up winning coming out on top! Mitchell's team was named 2012 State Champions and will advance to Regionals. They will be playing teams from all over the West. Rose Park, Utah will be hosting the tournament this year so we won't have to travel to far, which will be nice. We are so proud of both boys and their accomplishments in baseball this year.
